Service 20-Groups (Franchise and Independents) 

Our service management 20-Groups consist of progressive service management who desire to continue their improvement processes.

Three times a year, service management meets to review their composite and performance, learn additional techniques from the  Group Consultant, adapt industry best-practices, and discuss areas that need attention to ensure that maximum profitability and customer retention is being achieved.  There is no bigger bang for your training dollar!
We have 20-Groups specifically designed for franchise service departments and also for the independent service facility.
Group size is limited to foster high group interaction. 
Cost:  $300.00 per month.  Coker Moderator's travel and lodging expenses are inclusive (unlike other 20-Groups)
