Service 20-Groups (Franchise and Independents)

Our service management 20-Groups consist of progressive service management who desire to continue their improvement processes.

Three times a year, service management meets to review their composite and performance, learn additional techniques from the  Group Consultant, adapt industry best-practices, and discuss areas that need attention to ensure that maximum profitability and customer retention is being achieved.  There is no bigger bang for your training dollar!

We have 20-Groups specifically designed for franchise service departments and also for the independent service facility.

Group size is limited to foster high group interaction.

Cost:  $300.00 per month.  Coker Moderator's travel and lodging expenses are inclusive (unlike other 20-Groups)

What our 20-Group Members Are Saying:

“20-Group membership has been the single best investment I have ever made in my business.  I would not be in business today without this 20-Group.” - Jon Howes, Southwest Auto, Dallas, TX

“When I first joined the 20-Group I was burned out, tired, and ready to sell out.  Membership reinvigorated me and caused me to re-invent my shop and I begin making more money than I realized was possible.  Getting organized and paying attention to numbers made my life easier.” - Bob Berger, Hubbard Woods Motors, Winnetka, IL

“I would not be in business today if it were not for this 20-Group.  The knowledge and experience that I gain from the other members and moderator has been invaluable.” - James Snider, ArborMotion, Ann Arbor, MI

“Best dollars spent on my business.  We, the members, exchange ideas to better our businesses.  When I joined the group I thought I knew everything about running a business, but I was wrong.  I learn something at every meeting.” - Frank Polhill, Franklin Automotive, Birmingham, AL

“My association with my 20-Group has become the most valuable tool in managing my business.  The ability to measure my business against my peers has kept me focused.  I consider my fellow members to be my board of directors.” - Bruce Cox, Bruce Cox Motors, Bellingham, WA

“It has been very rewarding to be able to get such expert feedback on specific problems in our shop and hearing all the wonderful and profit producing ideas of many other shops.” - Mike Glosser, GP Automotive, Everett, WA

“We have been in business for 15 years.  IAP 20-Group has become the board of directors for our business.  The wise counsel has emboldened us to make wise business decisions and helped us make painful but necessary changes for our business’ best interests.” - Rod Kruse, Import Specialty Service, Nashville, TN
