Recall Mailers
Most dealerships currently mail out
brightly colored postcards to notify their
customers of open recalls. Not only is this
time-consuming, but is expensive when you
factor in the cost of your personnel
spending hours, or even days, filling out by
hand a postcard for each customer.
Some dealerships call customer with open
recalls. While this is the most effective
way to increase results, the effort needed
to contact literally hundreds or possibly
thousands of customers by phone is
overwhelming.
Coker Automotive Consultants has
developed a process to inexpensively and
effectively drive traffic to your dealership
without the hours spent addressing cards by
hand (for most franchises). For clients
subscribing to the video sales training
series "Service Advisor Success--One Idea At
a Time" the cost is only 32¢ per name.
Considering postage is 24¢, supplies can
cost anywhere from 3¢ to 5¢, and the labor
cost of hand-addressing is significant, this
is a real value. For non-subscribers, the
cost is only 37¢ per name.
If you are not a current subscriber to
the "Service Advisor Success--One Idea At a
Time" video series, one can only wonder--Why
not? Forward-thinking dealerships perform
sales training for their most profitable
salespeople--service advisors--and the
training series "Service Advisor
Success--One Idea At a Time" is real-world,
powerful, and effective sales training to
maximize every opportunity that arrives in
your service drive.
Important! The customers responding to
the recall mailer are prime opportunities to
bring them into your "family". We believe
that a consultative, friendly approach with
these customers is more desirable than a
hard-sell approach. As always, we should
never over-sell by selling unneeded
services.
