Similar to 20-groups, our
service management forums consist of progressive service management
who desire to continue their improvement processes.
Every quarter, managers meet to review
their composite and performance, learn additional techniques from
our instructor/moderator, and discuss areas that need attention to
ensure that maximum profitability is being achieved.
Group size is limited to foster high
group interaction. Meeting sites are centrally located to
minimize travel expenses and travel time. Included is
breakfast, lunch, all materials, composites, and meeting
room.

Groups Fixed Operations Composite
If you don't know where you have been and
where you want to end up, then how can you
determine how to get there? Composites
are an invaluable tool for upper management
and fixed operations managers to measure
current performance to past performance,
forecast, and plan. Consisting of over 20
pages of detailed performance numbers,
quarterly or monthly comparisons, and
rankings provide management with the tools
necessary to uncover profit opportunities,
weaknesses, and strengths. Much easier
to read and understand than conventional
composites and with rankings that make
sense. An inexpensive way to compare
performance across departments in dealership
groups without the cost of travel and time
away from the store. Includes 3 printed
copies of the composite per dealership.

Daily & Monthly Tracking Program
"You can't manage what you don't
measure." This Excel-based spreadsheet
program provides service management with the
capability to forecast monthly, track daily
progress toward forecast, compare
performance with past performance, and print
or e-mail daily tracking sheets to advisors,
general managers, and dealers.
Service Managers enter Key Performance
Indicators (KPI's) daily from reports
generated from your in-house DMS system and
then print and/or email the Daily Tracking
Report. Monthly, KPI's are entered and
a forecast is prepared based on previous
months and prior years performance.
The Daily Tracking Report shows progress
toward forecast, results vs. prior
month-to-date performance, and what needs to
be produced daily from this point forward to
meet forecast.
Cost: $495.00 one-time charge and
includes 90 days support. Service Manager
must have Microsoft Excel. Depending
on your DMS, some KPI's will not be
available without custom-designed Report
Generator reports (for example: Menu
sales on most systems, FRH's on R&R
systems).
