The company was established to train dealership parts department personnel and to assist dealers in improving their operations. BPE performs “in-dealership” analysis of the parts departments, working with Dealer-Operators, General Managers, Fixed Operations Managers, and other parts personnel in addition to ‘hands-on” training of dealership personnel. BPE has established a reputation of providing quality services to the automotive industry in the parts service area. BPE and Terry & Stephenson have served over 400 dealerships and currently provide consulting services to 90 dealers on a reoccurring basis. They have built a reputation of providing quality services with results. That is why so many dealers invite us back each year to review their parts and service departments and assist them in fine-tuning the operations.

Regular guests at NADA 20 groups, they have also presented workshops at the NADA national convention, and have been regular presenters for the NADA Education department. Also, many auto dealer associations including the Georgia Auto Dealers Association (GADA), North Carolina Auto Dealers Association (NCADA), Oregon Auto Dealers Association (OADA), Texas Auto Dealers Association (TADA), Wisconsin Auto Dealers Association (WADA), Houston Auto Dealers Association (HADA), Minnesota Auto Dealers Association (MADA) and NCM have invited BPE to present seminars.
